Church family, please keep Chaplain Bill in your prayers. He’s had a few rough days as his cancer diagnosis has brought on some pressing medical issues. Please pray for God’s healing, strength, and peace over his body and mind, and for wisdom for his doctors as they navigate the next steps.Also, please pray for comfort and steady peace for his wife, Natalie, as she walks through this with him.
Lord, we come to You right now lifting up Chaplain Bill. You see what he’s facing, and You know every detail of what’s going on in his body. We ask You for mercy and healing, for relief from these pressing issues, and for strength when he feels weak. Give wisdom to every doctor and nurse involved, and guide every decision that needs to be made.
And Lord, we pray for Natalie. Wrap her in Your comfort and give her peace that doesn’t make sense to the world. Strengthen her heart, steady her mind, and remind her that You are near. We trust You, even in the hard days. In Jesus’ name, amen.
