Please lift up the Family of Dan Newhouse in prayer. Pastor Dan’s close friend, Dan Newhouse, has passed away after battling brain cancer. Dan was only 59 years old—a devoted Christian whose faith remained strong through suffering. While we rejoice that he is now healed and in the presence of Jesus, we grieve his passing and especially pray for his wife, Nickie, as she faces this deep loss.
Heavenly Father,
We come to You with hearts that are both heavy and hopeful. We thank You for the life of Dan Newhouse—for his faith, his love, and the light he shared during his time on this earth. Lord, 59 years feels far too soon, but we trust that Your timing is perfect even when our hearts ache to understand. We praise You that Dan’s pain is gone and his joy is complete in Your presence.
We ask that You comfort his wife, Nickie, with Your unfailing peace. Hold her close when the nights are long and the silence feels unbearable. Let her feel Your presence and remember that she is not alone.
May Dan’s faith continue to inspire those who knew him, reminding us that this life is temporary, but Your promise is eternal.
