Please pray for Rich. He was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer with bone metastasis. He’s still awaiting further prognosis, and as you can imagine, the weight of this news is overwhelming. We want to lift him up—asking God for strength in his body, calm in his spirit, and peace in his mind as he faces the battle ahead. We also want to cover his family in prayer as they walk through every step of this journey with him, asking God to surround them with comfort, courage, and hope.
Heavenly Father,
We come before You today lifting Rich into Your hands. You see the diagnosis, You see the fear, and You see the heaviness that comes with news like this. We ask You to surround him with Your presence in a way that brings strength to his body and peace to his mind. Calm every anxious thought, and let Your comfort settle over him like a blanket. We pray for wisdom for his doctors, clarity in the next steps, and mercy over every part of this battle.
We also pray for his family—give them courage, endurance, and a deep sense of Your nearness. Hold them close as they support him. Lord, be their refuge and their anchor.
We trust You, even when the road feels uncertain. Let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
